Welcome to the Portal Estates Homeowners Association website.
Portal Estates HOA is located in Gunbarrel, an unincorporated community in the northeastern part of Boulder County, just a few miles from the city of Boulder proper, separated by a buffer area of private agricultural lands and publicly owned open space.
Our association consists of 20 privately owned townhomes and is a sub-HOA within the greater Master Twin Lakes HOA who approves all PEHOA architectural improvement requests. PEHOA is responsible for the maintenance of its common areas which includes landscape maintenance, snow removal, and trash/
recycling services.
Portal Estates HOA borders the Boulder County Twin Lakes Open Space, the LoBo Trail, and various
trailheads that connect to the greater Boulder/Longmont trail system, providing residents with many outdoor activities for hiking, biking and enjoying nature — bouldercounty.gov/open-space/parks-and-trails/twin-lakes/
